The Weblicon HTML client provides an exceptionally easy to use, yet fully functional access to the user’s centrally stored data from any Internet-enabled PC. Using a simple browser, end-users can access their personal data from the PC at work, at home or from an Internet café when traveling.

The address book provides an easy to navigate list view allowing the user to sort by attributes, search for a contact and shorten the list using the letter-tab interface.

The contact single view features a variable list of communication entries allowing multiple email addresses or mobile phone numbers. Users can assign a color-coded category to each contact from a personalized list.

Using the contact group view, users can create distribution lists which can be used to send group SMS or group Email messages from the messages module. Adding a contact to a group is a simple as clicking the “Plus” icon in the contacts list.

The messages module features a complete webmail client including a hierarchical folder list for storing messages on the central IMAP Email server. External Email accounts can be integrated using the POP3 industry standard protocol.

Users can send email to contacts stored in the address book. Contacts can be easily found using the “Find” panel and added to the destination list using the “Plus” icon.

Sending an SMS or group SMS message is as easy as sending an Email. Users can select address book entries and add them to the destination list using the “Plus” icon.
