New Weblicon Organizer application in strong demand
Further cooperation of PEPPERMINT.-shareholding agreed / online portal reiseplan.de to integrate Weblicon software into their booking system
Berlin, 04th October 2001 - The Online Organizer software of Weblicon Technologies AG renders reiseplan.de online travel agency service more attractive: in case of a change in appointment, a rescheduling of flight and train connections as well as of hotel rooms is carried out automatically, at the request of the client. The use of this Organizer application of Weblicon, a Berlin shareholding company of PEPPERMINT. Financial Partners saves time and cost, reduces hectic and adds more service.
Michael Becker, the Managing Director of reiseplan.de described the advantage of the recent cooperation agreement with Weblicon saying, ‘The domino effect a simple change in business or private appointments may have will be handled professionally when using the Weblicon Online Organizer in future’. ’In case of a change, the client enters the new appointment into the system and the already reserved flight will be rebooked automatically and the client is informed briefly’, is what Peter Haas, Weblicon Board Member, added. Thanks to the Weblicon software, there are no protracted and sometimes nerve-racking telephone calls to be made and no extra organising work with airlines or travel agencies.
reiseplan.de, the service provider specialising in small- and medium-sized companies, has thus been made available an efficient service tool. ‘Our clients are offered the suitable flight for their new appointment. Subsequent arrangements that may require rescheduling are taken into consideration, just as the time required for travelling and the best route to the destination’, Michael Becker explained. The desire for a smooth travel planning, despite ad-hoc changes, can be met efficiently and fast, which is very attractive and free of charge for the client.’ According to Weblicon-CSO Peter Haas, the Weblicon Organizer software can be used on different client systems. It is independent of the booking systems of the respective travel agents and operators.
